The Erotic as Life Force
The erotic is the pulse of vitality that animates each person, it is the spark behind desire - not only sexual desire, but the longing to create, to feel, to express, to connect, and to live fully. When we become disconnected from this erotic source - through shame, trauma, conditioning, or numbness - we lose touch with our inner compass and vitality. Reclaiming the erotic is a powerful act of coming home to oneself.
Empowerment as Conscious Ownership
Empowerment is the practice of taking conscious ownership of one's life - moment by moment. It involves setting clear intentions, communicating needs and desires, defining and holding boundaries, and taking responsibility for one's actions, reactions, and choices. Empowerment is not about control or force, but about becoming the sovereign author of your own experience, grounded in self-awareness and compassion.
Tantric Roots, Modern Relevance
This is work is inspired by Tantric principles of Shakti (divine femine energy, movement, flow) and Shiva (divine masculine energy, stillness, presence). Rather than fixed gender roles, these energies are seen as polarities within each person. My approach draws on this Tantric wisdom but goes beyond it, integrating contemporary insights from somatic psychology,shadow work, and modern coaching practices. It is grounded in a Western, forward-facing framework that helps people navigate complexity, reclaim personal meaning, and embody authentic living in a fast-moving world.

I coach in a cycle of 6 fortnightly sessions of 50 minutes each. You may want one cycle for a big near term change, or to make a significant step forward in a bigger change or several cycles to see through a larger goal over 6 months, a year or more
