Hero's Journey and Archetypes Coaching

Our destiny is carved within us, etched in the shadows of our psyche where the light of our true selves was first blocked from shining out in the world. The Hero's Journey is the archetypal path we must all take to actualize our potential and realize our destiny, if we have the courage to do so. How will you answer your call to adventure?

The Hero's Journey is the archetypal framework describing the path of becoming the person you were born to be and is the same path traversed by every hero in all societies ancient and modern since the dawn of humanity, this is your journey and mine. The masculine and feminine archetypes are ancient patterns we have inherited from our ancestors imprinted in our psyche and available to our introspection. When these patterns are malformed or distorted by traumatic experiences in childhood and subsequently, we develop shadow forms of the archetypes that work to serve our ego rather than the greater good. These structures operating from the unconscious can cause us to repeat patterns of behavior that don't serve us or cause difficulties for others. A good conceptual understanding of the journey and the archetypes can be a powerful aid to owning one's own onward journey towards Selfhood and individuation.

In 7 one hour sessions I will coach you from complete beginner to competent understanding of the main principles and guiding patterns of the hero's journey and the archetypes that shape our lives, and our destiny.

Sessions may be delivered online or in person where possible.

The charge is £700 for the seven sessions.

I am not at this time a qualified therapist, counselor or psychotherapist. I am not trained to treat someone with unresolved trauma. If you have or suspect you may have unresolved trauma, or have any uncertainty about keeping yourself safe while discussing concepts such as shadow, integration, trauma and so on, I urge you to seek professional therapeutic help before working with a practitioner such as me.
